| SCHALKE MANAGERS' DELIGHT
The new Schalke manager has praised his teams' professionalism after edging their Super-Cup final against strong opposition.
He said of his new-look team: "I couldn't be prouder of the way they have adapted to the changes that I have started to implement. There are more changes to come but I have faith that the staff and players will be able to perform at the top level, and the start they have made bodes well for the future of this club."
They overturned a final-day league loss of 5-1 against their Super-Cup opponents today, which seems to confirm the boards' faith in their new man at the helm. |

| Great week all round, delighted with any win against Plymouth, good to see the big man on the scoresheet. Good win for Gremio too, new tactics for both sides, be interesting to see the match reports.
Delighted to get Lacazette in, superb young striker destined for big things. |

| Inter have started with the results I was looking for with a win in the Super Cup against Napoli and a win against Roma in the League. As to how we got to those results ..... well, the match reports will make interesting reading. Pleased Inter were able to come back from two down as I haven't seen that happen often in CF unless a player gets sent off or is injured.
Pleasing aspects, other than a win and a comeback, are that we scored 4 against a team with a lot of good players and that Mkhitaryan came off the bench to grab a debut goal.
In the Italian Super Cup I played a number of 'rotation' players and still managed a win and a clean sheet against Napoli who are a strong side so again happy with the result. I hope the performances in both games match the results. |

| Email turns all sent out now,
had a few problems with the formatting and content due to a few changes I made to the software that handles the printing to file, but i checked a few turns and they seem okay, but if you find any issues let me know and I'll sort em out for you. |

| Europa Cup amendment
I put team 106 Sampdoria in, should have been team 101 Fiorentina. |

| There is no prize money for any of the Super Cup games, it all goes to Charity. Feel free in future to opt out of the game if you don't want the extra match, I'll try to improve the system for allowing this before next season. |

Difficult one, part of the game and a prestige game to play in but if you get nothing for it then its gonnabe hard to justify putting a team out for it. Especially when you get injuries in it. |
