| charlton 4 boro 1 57% cross3 chances10 saves4 rodallega sturridge wilshere and lucas 1sub2sup4good that seemed to flow much better sometimes telling dynamos to attack takes them too far upfield when you also tell your playmakers to sim. seems to work better without either command.

| charlton 4 boro 0 56% 1cross 5chances rodallega sub mom rody2 sturr2 yes this works fine now, with your setup tom on the extended field of play your dynamos were tooo far from your playmakers, thats a very interesting point i hadnt thought of until now with the new field of play, gives you guys even more to think about really. |

| Ive put charlton back to how they were.
well SLO in its designed forms seems to work well on the extended field of play. when i come back i will try another formation, FAS might be interesting cos the players will have further to go. we'll see. bbiab

| thanks very much for running those games there with ancona again. I definitely need to find a way to combat counter attacking width. paul any chance maybe can you run a few games between me and ancona again? if poss having Josue moved to P2 instead of Krasic and then Krasic DL and De Rossi DR? and if its not too much trouble having my CL on a DOL command and CR on DOR. would appreciate that if you could, just wondering if having the CL and CR covering the wide areas aswell as a DL and DR further up might help me. I expect the absence of an am with 3 cb's will kill me but i'd be interested to see |

| Very interesting Paul.
So in effect with the way I am set up now, the pitch got too big. Leaving too many gaps. Will have to remember that if things change.
Although it seems to suit my players better, as originally I had 2sup 1good 8aver
Does that mean if I took my commands away on the current size field of play it might become a little congested? |

| so FAS 433 next because fast is the exact opposite to SLO in terms of how it plays. playing up the field instead of across and if FAS works as well then everything should also be okay. but we'lll see. also because FAS has the biggest potential to be screwed on the longer pitch.
Plymouth use FAS 433 so I'll use them
Blackpool use FAS 352 so I'll use them as well. |

| Haven't had a chance to check my turn yet Paul but will do and get back to you - think the majority of my players were average though in the game with only Essien and Rooney very good. Btw how does it compare if Everton were playing less defensive, say with 1 AM? |

one am would be more standard so i'll try that and see will give me a better idea of how standard FAS is working. |

| Not really understanding why there were 5 crosses? Can the DY's not get close enough so they need to push out wide? |

2 players matched against one certainly helps but means you'll be light somewhere as well. |
