Development Academy

Anyone else having an issue with some players at the development academy?

Have noticed that the players in there are having a few morale issues as they are not playing.  I thought that the academy would protect managers against this?

Possibly I am wrong and it is only the schoolboy and youth academies that do this?

I got rid of both my development academies for this reason. I read somewhere that being in the development academy wouldn't protect them from being upset.. But they wouldn't affect the rest of the rosy team squad. Might be wrong..

I am in the process of closing my schoolboy academies. The dev academy players I usually have playing somewhere as they're usually good enough to compete at least in the reserves.
