Welcome aboard Allan Hutton, chuffed. ALAN Hutton would've been a better signing. Who does Allan play for? Might be the same side Jay Boothroyd does? |

| Thanks for that Tom. It is not lost on me that I was at the front of the queue for Jay Bothroyd errors.
The only thing that annoys me more is the use of the word 'loose' instead of 'lose'

| well, well, well. interesting stuff. havent recieved my turn but having spoke to a couple that have it appears there are a few big changes that will put an even greater emphasis on money. New in's costing 250k a pop being one (nothing earth shattering there) but the biggy is that if u list and sell a player and he moves to non league you get nothing.......zip, nada, niente, sweet fa. basically its written off as a bad signing, So it is now possible to make a bad signing in hemsoft.!!!!!!! its a great shout, all for it, a little notice might have been helpful but were all in the same boat, IMO its certainly a challenging but excellent call. |

| So does that mean that players like John Utaka cannot be sold via the transfer list for 8m anymore?
Either Stu agrees a private deal with another manager or sells to non-league for nothing?
You have to really want rid of the player to allow an 8m loss on him?
Can see why it has been introduced and think I like it, but it will make transfers and raising money very difficult. But will also make me think very carefully before buying anyone.
Sorry Stu, Utaka was the first example that popped into my head as you were talking about listing him the other day. |

| Received my turn and something VERY strange has happened.
I have signed a player from NONL for £500k whom I have never heard of and much less am interested in, DARIO VUJICEVIC who plays for Twente in Holland. I had to google him tonight to find out who he is. He is a 20 year old Croatian DY 86/84/84 and for some reason he has been brought in on £8K per week. I definately did not try and new this player as I have a copy of my last return sheet. Would whoever tried to new him or sign him or whatever get in touch so they can have him as he is of no use to me. |

| Turn arrived at last. Some nice changes made to the game from a financial point of view. The value of my squad has been slashed but some of the re-sell values were too high. The rule about getting zilch if you sell to non league is a very good one imo.
Bad news is Ive picked up injuries to 4 key players. |

| Interesting, Paul must have reduced the limit on squad size. I have one injury at Charlton and two at Bayern, plus there are two other managers I know of who have two or more injuries this week.
I know before if there were more than 40 players in your squad, then injuries occured regularly, but it seems now that number has reduced. Do we think around 30 players is now the threshold?
I remember people saying something like this needed to happena while ago, to help with player hoarding. Seems like Paul has taken notice and put pressure on bigger squads to reduce their numbers or suffer the consequences. |

| Again, a good change. Some of the squad sizes are huge, I'm as guilty as anyone with Goias, the Hull squad is too large for my liking now too.

| paul told me two weeks ago that smaller squad sizes is on the agenda and that he liked the idea. i did only suggest 35 players though, since we all play in europe and in real life clubs can select two different squads if they want for the champions league and the premier league. i did also suggest that players in the academy shouldnt be effected as part of any squad size limit, since they arn't considered part of a real life club's squad...i dont think they have to be registered for the PL if they are under 21 ? i could be wrong but anyway its a good idea |

| your not the only one whos lost a fair few bob on players.
i think the value of my squad has had about 20% knocked off.
fair play, same for all, going to make raising cash a lot harder and money now has a real meaning again, cant be bad.

| Good progressive changes from Paul.
Very interesting regarding the injury thing that has been introduced, this may have a great long term effect on stimulating the transfer market at realistic prices as this may become the primary way of keeping clubs afloat. After all why have an overblown squad of players with several permanently injured and have to pay for wages, medical expenses etc. |

| Turn finally arrived, happy with the performance and Theo scoring and playing well all game! Jordan Henderson got a small review upto 9592. Welcomed Mats Moller Daelhi into the schoolboy academy as well which am pleased with.
Only downer is Adebayor is after 125k a week now! |

| Ben,
If it has not turned up by monday give Paul a call and get him to send you a copy. Looks like everyone else has received their turns. Perhaps you could get Paul to e-mail it to you as the circumstances are partly down to him making us wait so long that post is being held up for Christmas. |
