| He had taken villa as far as he could anyway. He though heskey was what was missing to get us in the champions league. Wish him all the best tho. |

| best man manager in England.
has the unique ability to turn rough diamonds into premiership gems a trait that is few and far between.

| Really surprised about how many Villa managers aren't that bothered about this. I would be devastated. Really think he is a good man manager like will says. Capable of getting average players to make up a good team. Think Lee might be right, we might see them slip right down the table this season. Expect a few bids for Young now as well, seeing as they look like a selling club. |

| He is not the answer for me. But then what else is out there....Sven? Next job for O'Neill? Forest or City in six months time when mancini gets the push. |

| well yeah, Billy "5 stellar signings" Davies isn't going to last long at Forest surely? not after calling his own team a second rate outfit unless they buy 5 decent players. Will must have been laughing his head off at the 'stellar' comment! Forest need to go up or they'll be ruined next year. Don't think he put confidence in his squad after those comments, and it showed with Saturday's result
Prediction:
Christmas Turkey: Billy Davies |

| I don't know how you can say he was great for villa only ever used 11 players a season. spent millions on players he never used. had a great chance to make the champions league was told he could spend and bought heskey. Took villa as far as he could. |
