Mixed first half here - need the teams to step it up. Whether the effect of the European games is taking its toll not sure, although did amend their training which should have helped things!

I have just done 2 sessions, Tuesday and Thursday  which to my belief is an additional 30mins per session. So up2 60 minutes.
