The rule is one club per competition so if Nantes enter then Charlton cant.

It seems that the Wembley officials forgot to pay over the 40% share of any gate receipts they received from the playoff semi-finals to the clubs involved. This has been rectified and gate receipts have now been paid into club accounts in full. The amount involved was £1,280,000 for each club.
