Gaz....you should get a takeover and use that to pay off the exisitng debt. you dont have to pay it off over the period, i think there is a SETTLE LOAN code or something to pay it off.

already got takeover company which is shame cos i was hoping being new manager it would wipe that clean and i could get some more funds in

one takeover every 5 seasons isnt it?!

TAKEOVER - TRY TO GET A CASH INJECTION FOR CLUB - give name of firm or media group that you wish to try and sell a share of your club to. They will demand 50% of all your future advertising income in return for a cash injection the amount of which is offered when you ask for the takeover. Each club may be takenover just the once.

i think thats per manager at the club, so gaz might be able to get one.

agree with Stu on this. I think Gaz should be allowed a takeover if he's at the bridge permanently. However it depends if Paul sees it as Gaz merely keeping the Chelsea seat warm for Colin, in this case, no takeover.
