Just looking at the strength of players in this division and there is some real quality - Luke Shaw and Raheem Sterling from Charlton and Deulofeu, Grimaldo and Niguez from Barca. There's some quality youth systems. It makes sense to me to get these ready made replacements into your club early to cut down on paying huge transfer fees.
