surprised Bayern have yet to get off the mark but pretty close otherwise...still to be decided I think.

Goals galore in this group and Fulham demolished but on their way to the Quarter-Finals although this was a morale draining defeat being torn apart by Nani who amassed 160 performance points.

Happy with that. Carlton v Barca on the last game means Inter are through. A draw against pointless Bayern would secure top spot.

Was expecting a defeat as I put the kids out for this one but at the same time  somesort of fight would have been nice - be nice to know which brave soldier got my one lol

With a bit if luck and a better performance a successful quarter final and this will be forgotten about.

Hope the seniors fair a little better in the league at St. Andrews  or they'll be panic buttons being pressed everywhere

Disappointing result, although sometimes I have to remember that I was playing in League 2 three years ago! Not many teams would get something away to Rob, congrats to him for qualifying and the result.  If I want to get through now, its just a case of beating Barca.   
Put up a good show though to come out of that group with nine points so far, will be tough to get eliminated after getting that many.

Need the crowd to get behind us from the word go in the decider, and create another memorable European night at Anfield The Valley.

Nantes getting a good win means the group is won and maybe players can be rested for the final group game, but then it is against Feyenoord, so probably not!!  The French side trying to reach the final for the third season running.

Great preview Tom. Essentially another big week for both teams. Need to keep up the form at Plymouth and going to be tough against a Leicester side looking to continue their recent good form. Cracking win in Europe - still going to be tough if I want to qualify though. Lyon got hammered with a reserve side in the cup and have to cope without Zlatan in the League so will need to see if they can get a result... A few incomings I hope at Lyon though so things might change around...
