Some interesting signings this week. Pleased with the capture of Jherson Vergara who will hopefully make an impact in Serie A next season.

 You have Marquinhos so you have no need to complain. He's excellent and if Vergara is half the player I'll be happy.

Bloody hell, I did play well didn't I lol.

Bit worried about my chance to goals conversion rate though - shooting practice for Mario and co.

One thing mate, I don't seem to be able to get strootman to sign his contract, first time round he wouldn't cos the signing on fee and number of weeks wasn't what he wanted.

So this turn I offered him 60 weeks with a 550k signing on fee as requested and its come back not signed and he still wants the same.

He or his wages haven't gone up and he's the first name on the teamsheet, could u have a quick look when time permits, not urgent obviously.

I have some strange goings on in the Madrid v Betis game. 

At HT, I was 1-0 down. Funnily enough, as I highlighted on the forum, I made a formation change at HT. 

Pjanic (DL) was to be withdrawn, throwing Milito on as an S2, and moving Blaszczykowski from BW to DL in Pjanic's place. 

My match commentary then says..

"During halftime BLASCZYKOWSKI 
pointed out he could not move to a dynamic midfield role, as somebody was 
already there. "The fourth official holds up PJANICs number". 

MILITO comes on after 45 minutes replacing PJANIC". 

However, Pjanic appears throughout the match commentary of the second half. So, my question is, what on earth was he doing on the pitch and did Milito even come on?. Was I playing the 2nd half with some sort of bizarre formation?

Can you have a look at it please?, It's very odd..

very strange - the system is telling me that 550,000 is less than 550,000 not sure why, sounds like Ive run out of memory again having added so many new players. Ive redone it at 600,000 and given you a 50,000 rebate, and will look into it later. thanks

the first problem is you asked to move Blas on 45 and then sub the DL also on 45, the system doesnt like that really, you need to be more specific about which one to do first. so subbing DL should have been 45 then move BW to DL should have been 46, that way you guarantee your actions are processed in the correct order, the way you did it you left it up to the system and the gamemods happen before subs, cos subs arent made at halftime and gamemods can be.

not sure why Pjanic's name was being printed instead of Milito, he did come on and got superb, will look into it now.

the formation you ended up with in the second half was

GK LBCLCRRB AMBWDR STTMS2

 Ok that makes sense, thanks for the clarification. 2nd half formation wasnt what I was going for, but at least I understand what I did wrong now... which makes me think of the famous "if you've just won 8-0 nil then don't sodding touch it" saying. I think something like "if it aint broke dont fix it" would be catchier though.

I just ran a practice game and Milito came on after 47 mins to replace Pjanic and that seems to have worked okay , there was an issue with the game switching names during halftime, I'd not noticed that before, so good spot, should be okay from now on.
