in terms of the way FAS now works with the DY's becoming more influential, is it true to say that the influence that the TM has on the game has decreased?

Messers RVP, Ageuro, Rooney, Tevez (despite his goal today) somewhat declining in their role within FAS?

I'm in absolute shock. Not kidding. Every time I play Barca in friendlies I get dicked on by at least 5, I have no shots and he has about 40. I'm amazed.

Lissandro has hardly played this year and has played second fiddle to Milito, Bojan and the rapidly emerging Yarmolenko... but I gave him a chance this week and he's repaid me with a really big goal.

Seems the emphasis is on the team as a whole, with all players playing a vital part. Think I've got away with it in the past, with Carlos carrying a few players, but the influence of all other players, tactics and commands seems to have become more important recently.

My thoughts, but might be because I have just come up to the big league this year?

Either way its making me think a lot more, and I like it.

I agree entirely here - there has been a big change in emphasis away from the TM as a focal point which makes team's rely less on one player and mixes things up a bit.

Although saying this if you look at Kaka at Schalke and Higuain at Inter who seem to be banging in the goals from TM (and Rooney in Europe) - hence the question above to Paul, is it just in England that these changes are having such a great effect?
