| Thanks Tom. Scouted a few unmanaged teams this week, there is nothing about! Not sure how im going to sign anyone now. Have quite a bit of cash in the bank aswell.
Hmm, back to the drawing board i suppose.
Its tough getting players out of the reserved or computer managed sides isnt it! Scouted Liverpool, if they dont win my division i will eat my hat!
Bigger task than i first thought me thinks.

| Will,
Thanks mate, really appreciate it, i spent a lot of money on scout reports this week, im a little bit annoyed about what i got for my money, for example, no player has a buy cost next to there name but there is a buycost column?
How does that work?????
I thought a scout report was meant to give you all information on the players?
Ross. |

where are you playing him? if its tm then theres nothing much you can do since its part of the game program for a tm to pass the ball. try the SEB command instead ben. basically with SOS you are asking him to shoot from 40 yards. the starting/neutral position for a tm is on the edge of the centre circle in the attacking half. chances are rooney is ignoring your command because the pass is the better option. if his vision is high then he will take the best option, rather than your command. hence, your SOS becomes redundant. SEB will ask him to shoot from the edge of the box, which rooney may fancy his chances more, rather than from 40 yards out. |

| Ben,
iv got an interesting siutation with my current TM.
the only time hes getting on the ball is when iv got a freekick, where he just knocks it sideways.
im more than aware i can change what he does with the free kick i just need to pull my finger out and put some free kick commands in for him.
However, Tiago feels it necessary from his deep lying AM role to pick up the ball and find the Wingers himself, completely ignnoring Robben in the TM role.
now its either that 1.Robben is drifting off somewhere he shouldnt and tiago cant find him 2.Tiago just enjoys the limelight and is used to being the main man. 3.Tiago and Robben just dont like each other.
i have a feeling which it is but while results are ok ill leave it but i know it will need addressing soon with a change of command as its far from ideal......well i hope thats the problem anyway.

| Wierd situation Will. For instance I have the same problem with Essien at the moment who at AM only ever seems to pass the ball to Hargreaves my BW. Question for everyone on here does the BW play in front of the AM? If so presume that is why.
How do u play 3 in midfield like a lot of real life sides do atm? Do I need to play AM, DY, TM- for instance like Barcelona with Busquets (AM), Xavi (DY) and Iniesta (TM) or how City play essentially with Barry (AM), Toure (DY) and Aguero (TM)?
Or am I thinking about this wrongly? |

| Ok mate hence whilst Essien would pass to Hargreaves I suppose as he is the nearest man in front of him. Where would a MG this new position fit then? |

| Any of the basic tactics I think from reading Paul's post. Any idea how they would interact with the players around them? Anyone tried them at all? |

Ben - I'll ping you tonight as I have an answer to your PM I think. |
