Definately worth 5p a mile to see you suffer. Been waiting for this opportunity since you walloped me in the Europa final and the Copa Lib final.

No trouble with joints or blisters but some unhappy chafing incidents. Vaseline and lycra have become constant companions (now you're all sorry I can't make the piss up). I'm very comfortable up to 18-20 miles which given I struggled to do half a mile in 28 December is a miracle. I suppose the easiest way to look at it is I'm 39, fat and can't run but this is probably the cheapest and most useful mid life crisis I could pick. My biggest worry is that I'm already lining up London and Istanbul next year. I do miss lazy me though ....

I should add ...... there is no such thing as a happy chafing accident no matter what Stu and Gaz tell each other.

I'll probably just grow a pony tail for my mid life crisis........
