| Seriously wondering about my turn. I am the only one to not receive my turn, which is a little strange. Santos and Charlton come seperately too, so both have gone missing.
Can't blame the postie either as he turned up with Wills (they are delivered to the same address).
Perhaps I have been sacked......twice. |

| 50m for lampard aged 32 is probably more weird, though personally id never pay 30m for aquilani either. i think gaz should list drogba for 15m and see if he gets it. maybe its good that unmamaged clubs are pumping money into the game like rich said.
one thing I do know is that unmananaged clubs are now bidding off the list, and for higher than resell. I did mention to paul that, imo, these clubs should be offering more 'game' realistic prices. i.e a typical 9797 under 29 would fetch - or atleast have a demand price - around the 15m mark (maybe a bit more in england) and I just said to him that if a player has a resell of 8m (most 9797s are that) then most managers are looking for around 180% of the resell value and that imo the unmanaged clubs should be offering up to 200% of a players resell value off the TL (exlcuding 9999s where resell values seem to suddenly go haywire). he said he'd take it on board and then a week later iain sold diego somewhere and huntelaar went to ajax. |

| agree.
i think its a good thing,
deffinately nice to see some of the other clubs getting involved, deals like that have a knock on affect for all of us.
if theres a little bit of money in one of our lots pockets it re ignites the transfer market and the forum starts buzzing again with potential deals. |

| it was quiet on the transfer market for most of the second half of the season wasn't it rich. lets see what happens, most of the dealings I noticed recently seemed to be players shifting to unmanaged/reality clubs (cagliari, juventus and milan were all busy this week). I guess this will improve the quality of those sides so i've no complaint on he monies that's been spent by those teams to make things harder. most of those sides have blank bank balances i think dont they? |

no your not there seems to have suddenly been a re instatement of players original ratings. Kolo tore on the t list 99 99 - right and im a 97 97 alfonso alves 99 99 adrian mutu 99 99 3 weeks ago i know for a fact mutu was 97 92 and alves was 99 95 iv mentioned this to paul a few weeks ago when i noticed it and he said he'd look into this and that it was likely that a restore point or something in the game had basically meant that players had gone back to what they were. i think it means he has to go back through and redo it (i think) but yes theres some really daft re rates again, which certainly have nothing to do with football reasons |

| oh guys you'll laugh at this.
i listed voronin for 2m thinking he was worth fuck all.
Milan bid 2m for him. I had to pay Newcastle nearly 3m sell on fee. which means selling him cost me 1m lol. what i dont get is that voronins resell was said as being 7.5m - it was only 2m a couple of weeks back. had i known it had gone up then i wouldnt have been so foolish of course. its a bit silly really that sell ons are based on resells unless its a swap imo - if you sell a player for less than his worth (as happened in this case thru no fault of mine) then you should surely only pay the sellon % of the money you actually received. |

| yeah i saw that aswell there seems to be a massive gap though in the values between 97 and then a 99 pt/cr. for some reason there is also now this thing of a 97cr over 30 being worth nearly as much as a 25 year old. previously it used to be that values dropped signficantly at 30, this seems to have changed? |

Phil's laughing all the way to the bank with Heitinga, Gaz with Lampard, Mark with Mad Mario, Stu with Aquamarina... Mark my words. Transfer prices about to go nuts again. Not a good thing in my eyes 50m for a 33 yr old?, 35m for a madman?, 30m for a cripple... End of rant |

| i think we should maybe mention to paul that the resell values of 30+ year olds need to return to their previous levels. before a 30+ year old 9797 was worth 3-4m, now all of a sudden its 7.5m! |

completely agree. rich is right, i think despite being tough and a little frustrating i much prefered it when we had to consider money and where and what it went on. dont want to go back to the days where it was fantasy football and not football management |

| yeah you're right there. though i think its good that unmanaged clubs are now buying off the list which is a step forward for sure. we just need those resells of the 30+ age players to be reduced and the ratings of some to return to realistic levels. the transfer market was stagnated for a fair while and all of a sudden there's lots happening. which you'd say in some part is the end of season smash and grab to get ready for next season and also unmanaged clubs getting involved.
10.5m for angelos charisteas anyone? lol

| oh yeah....roque is still 29? there is defo a massive jump in values when a 99pt or 99cr is involved so that certainly needs a look at. |
