| Just wondered if people wanted to put up their European groups as we won't get tables for a while.
How do you fancy your chances of getting out of your group?
Do you care?
Will you treat it as an important competition or play the kids?
Does anyone think they have the group of death?

| I have Man City, Gornik and Mallorca. So the world's best unmanaged team, a trip to the beach and Gornik. |

| Bayern Empoli Sevilla Athlone is one group in the Europa league.
Watford Ancona Rangers Charlton is another in the same competition.
Hopefully Bayern's group will come down to Empoli or Bayern going through although Sevilla must be a fairly decent side.
Charlton's group is a different kettle of fish altogether. Jamie's Watford, who arguably should be in the premier league, Rangers who are one of the top teams in Scotland and Jamie's Serie A team Ancona. Bit of a conflict of interests for Jamie, and although I don't question his integrity, if Watford go into the final game needing a draw to seal qualification against Ancona, there may be a stewards enquiry if a 0-0 with no shots on target occurs!! lol
Joking aside Jamie can't be happy about this? One team will definately be eliminated. Seems a bit silly to have both teams in one group?

| Champions Cup Group 3:
Barcelona Pana Gothenburg Dragovol
On paper it looks like a very nice draw for me, but you never know with these unknown European teams. I should make it through easily. |

| i wasnt fussed about europe this year, as survival in the prem will be tough enough without any additional distractions!
however,
martin talked me into it, which im glad he did,
its going to be used to experiment a little with tactics and blood any new addtions.

| to be honest i think its a waste of time. the prize money makes it unworthwhile enough. i'd rather manage an under 21 team than have the humiliation of losing to IFK Hammarby |

| I have Partizan, PSV and Martins Bohemians,
Bit of a tricky group and will be interesting to see how Martins Irish team of little superstars get on. |

| Cant say I'm delighted to have Watford and Ancona in the same league, very strange decision by Paul - although I guess its all done randomly.
Also strange that for Ancona I got a next euro opponents sheet and apparently my next opponents are - Ancona!
Dont worry Tom I will show integrity throughout! |

Dont worry Tom I will show integrity throughout! A few years ago this happened to me too with Lazio and my then feeder club Feyenoord in the old UEFA cup. I got around the problem by hiring assistant managers for both clubs and passing control to them to them for the European fixtures. It eased my conscience and removed temptation to manipulate the group. |

No little superstars here Iain! I have a few very good players in Stekelenburg, Felipe, Isla, Marcelo, Pjanic, Di Maria, Cisse, Liedson and Farfan. The rest of a a thin and small squad is made up of young(ish) and promising players. |
