Pre Season

So it is that time of year again, your players all lose skills and have to be trained up again and there is the lull of not playing competitive games.

I am trying to organise a couple of Challenge Cups, does anyone else have similar plans? They only take up 1 dealing and are a bit of fun which makes a change from just playing friendlies.

Also for my 2 free tours as way of pre season training / practice matches I intend to take Bohemians on tour of Chile & Peru. Anybody else decided on destinations yet?

Hopefully during the pre season break we'll be visiting Wembley and then the promised land.

All we need now is some more teams in the Midlands..

Why are there no other managed Midlands clubs!

ok, so lets officially open the Midlands Challenge Cup up a little...

I propose we class the midlands as anywhere north of Gillingham and South of Berwick..

I could squeeze another in to be played in Prague (home of the best looking women in Europe, bar none), the Czech for a rash cup.

As a conoirsoir of the Czech capitals female form, I am delighted to accept. I've been to Prague 3 times, and let me tell you the trip that you make yourself do with the Mrs to 'appreciate the culture', is an awful lot less fun than the 'culture' you appreciate the first two times!.

I suggest only people who've been to Prague can play in this tournament. It's a special place..

Czech for rash cup now has 3. Bohemians, Leicester and Birmingham, surely someone else wants to unleash their players on the lovely totty in Prague.

im not committing to any tournaments just yet want to devote my considerable time to the play off challenge,

if i get time and there are any slots left, ill gladly participate.

speaking of playoffs, has anyone been in one b4 how does it work for the semis, do we get two team sheets one for the home leg and one for the away one or does paul just put the same team out for both games?

What has happend to the the turns,

cant remember the last time we got it on a friday, occasionally its a saturday but more often than not we seemed to have slipped back into the get it on monday and rush it back to paul in two days situation again.

i hate this part of the season i wish paul would do away with pre-season, and the play-offs. the play-offs are only good cos it means you avoid the boredom of pre-season, i'd rather dive straight into a new one.

maybe he's forgotten. he forgot in the space of a few hours last turn. must have a lot on his plate or something.

3 little challenge cups are now fully subscribed to for Bohemians which take up 3 dealing spaces for me. May luck be with all who are entering into the following:

Anglo Irish cup.
Arsenal, Bohemians, Charlton, Shamrock Rovers.

B Cup.
Boca Juniors, Bohemians, Flamengo, Perugia.

Czech Cup.
Birmingham, Bohemians, Leicester, Vicenza.

do these count as dealings or special actions.

if so what code do we put in?

CC special action code and then the name of the cup i think. check the special action list on the site just to be sure, ive listed them all there.
