Is there anything better than seeing the scoreline Forest 5-1 Leicester and then taking 15 seconds just to make sure it's not a mistake. Come on the Forest.

yes robert, yes there is geek

billy keeps telling us all in the evening post that Forest are still playing catch up YFW!!

with his 2m pound full back , and nicky shorey subject to a 3m move!!!

oh yer thats right billy, you keep telling yourself that!

every team in the championship can spend 5m on their full backs, bloody little knob.

fair play to him hes built a very good solid championship team but dont make out youve done it on a shoestring. hes parted or due to part with something in the region of 10m quid, what an ungrateful knob.

he did that with us and bought earnie (never player him),claude (what a howler)davis and andy (fatty fat fat Griffin) - brilliant, cheers bill

he has spent a few quid yeah but...forest have had a good side in the making the last couple of seasons they just needed to believe it themselves. derby, however, have been an inherently bad side for whomever has taken over the job for a litle while now. good luck to young nigel, tough challenge.

to be fair
theyve done it the proper way.

got relegated to league one,had to endure a few years of crap football, had a ruddy good clear out of the chaff, and are now seeing the fruits of their hard work.

Calderwood for all his faults did them a lot of favours, firstly got them playing good football again, which when your succeeding gary megson and jo kinnear is no mean feat.

Derby on the other hand, baring there brief surge to the premiership which was a recognised disaster have been in a relegation fight for 9 of the last 10 seasonsbe it in premiership or championship, the club needs a massive massive sort out from the accademy throught to the top,

Nigel is laying the foundantions and while he has been horendously hampered by injuries (16 first team at one point) the things he is doing make sense.

The crippling wage bill has been slashed by loosing the likes of tito villa, mile Sterjoski,Andy todd, claude davis, nathan ellington,Roy carroll,Premislav Kasmichek, all brought in by previous management on big wages.

its going to be a long process but im hoping if anybody will be given the sufficient time to do it , it will be nigel,

the fans deserve it, last year we hardly moved out of the bottom 6 all season and got the highest ave attendences in the league and 12th in the country, this years the same league situation and attendence wise only Newcastle are higher!

What a game that was!

We are looking good, great football and hard to beat, things are looking up!

Robbie Earnshaw was top class!

Not a bad word to say about Billy, despite anything you've got to say Will!

Our transfer panel wouldn't allow him to!

Does that mean you think we are getting promoted?

theryre no great shakes, youve got an excellent chance.

pace, strength and organisation uve got all three which in this league counts for a lot so why not

to be fair, i no leicester have been flying high in that league, however, i went to watch them play plymouth at home the other wekk, and actually started to fall sleep in my seat, they were awful, and its only blind luck that they won that game, eventually, luck was going to run out for them, and they were going to get thumped by a half decent team, just happens that it was forest that did it, i suppose there the only half decent side theyve played since that plymouth bore, so yea, the result didnt really suprise me one bit....
