ive had all i can take

ive been away from the game a few weeks, havnt had much input into my team or there results.. disappointed to have lost the world cup to italy lol ( who are losing to paraguay)

but i do have a season ticket and im gonna come back for the rest of the season to guide the gunners to the promotion and where they belong, and see how i feel next season lol

will listen to deals for entire squad, but im not gonna sell unless i believe the deal is right, so no cheap bargins im afraid lol

would love for you to stay on mate, your enthusiasm after last years relegation has been superb and a credit to you, youve put together an excellent team that seem destined for top flight football again (unless i can stick a spanner in the works ).

then surely the challenge of taking on the likes of mark and Dan with the likes of Harry, Rich battling for places must be an exciting prospect.

Ive got to be honest im starting to think if many more walk away ill too start reconsidering what im going to do with the game, i love a challenge and if it beocomes a game where theres literally half a dozen people to compete against in my country then i may as well try FM live or another pbm where there are actual mangers to interact and compete against.

i love the game and it would be a real wrench but things can change.

the trouble with england is nobody likes doing business, too much of a closed shop for my liking, id be bored in a shot like the rest of you if i was served up that dross every week. its almost as bad as italy versus paraguay. actually, thats harsh, the algeria v slovenia game was much much worse. its no surprise people are leaving more frequently, and interesting that its only managers in england really aswell.

its not the ruling or restriction on which players we can buy for me, nor the fact that to buy a player off one of my rivals ive got to pay an absurd figure or fee for them thats part of the game not a problem at all.

its the fact that since we joined about two years ago the numbers have actually got less,
i can handle having a settled team or not doing a deal thats part of the game, as long as i know other things were cracking off and the competition was fierce and competitive with others strengthaning but the fact is its not and is getting less and less.
even if every league had just 6 managers in it to banter with, interact with and try and negotiate with id find it a little more interesting.

it might help if some of the other reality teams start buying and bidding for players, was actually genuinely delighted when i saw Liverpool had signed robbie keane last tuen at least they may become a force or a little more competitive again.

yeah, the inactiveness of all other clubs hardly helps, especially when its like you cant deal with something like 50% of the clubs? its bad enough with the restriction, but like you say if things atleast moved a bit more with the other teams then it might make things more interesting. and thats a real sticking point. interest is just waning and it will continue to do so until nothing happens like it always does. unfortunately. the biggest issue is someone somewhere the other week said paul hated emails and the internet and thats quite a problem really i think. half the delays could be avoided without worrying about snail mail. and half the production costs too if you go down the lines of e-turns.

anyway i know nothing and shall contiune to know nothing until i'm reminded that i know absolutely nothing.

agree mate, i truly think the game must be moved onto email if it is to continue long term otherwise i can honestly only see one outcome.

im even prepared to donate a pretty decent Computer to Paul if it means that it helps him,us and the game and that things improve.

we helped buy him a new computer only 2 years ago...it was a top end machine. apparently the system needed 3ghz to run on...dunno how it managed to run on 250mhz machine for 17 years.
