Do you meant the team efficiency - mine was all 100% despite multiple changes which can’t be correct?

On the training ground tactical report most of my players were 100% against most tactics but have all dropped , not sure if that was normal or not

Gaz, I presume you mean Eff% 1st column?

If so, that's normal, as the %age is made up of (10xplayers CURRENT knowledge skill) + 10%.

So, as everyone's skills have reduced, so has that Eff%age.
