I've been missing for a few week, not in a good position mentally and with zero motivation.
Hopefully this is over and I'm back.

Chin up Dave , its a tough world out there , hope you are feeling better and getting any help you may need.

Been through depression and been on anxiety medication for many years so have some experience with struggling mentally.

Always here if you want a chat...as long as it is not about Chelsea lol

Never good to hear and I definitely have experienced what you have been feeling! PMs are open if you ever want to chat!l and glad you’re beginning to feel better!

One thing I can say is this is a great community of people to share playing CF with and certainly something which I look forward to every few weeks!

At least I've not got as low as in 2014, when I watched the world Cup in a psychiatric ward, followng an overdose.

Sorry to hear that Dave, sounds like you really went through a rough time?  Have you been able to manage it since then?  Ups and downs I guess?  That sounds like that period sticks as a defining moment for you?

I've suffered from anxiety/depression since my 20s. But 2014 was the definite low. The medication I'm on now does help me control it and stay at ok, i do have low periods, but not many highs .
Thanks to all of you for your kind words and offers to help. I'm somewhat of an introvert, so talking doesn't come easy.

Well keep going pal, and keep talking.  No judgement on here, we are all different and willing to help anyway we can.
