WATFORD

Another week in hemsoft comes to fruition. Another tough matchup Vs Chelsea this week. Having already lost to Chelsea this season the manager is hoping that side can keep there form up and take it into the game. Only change this week see's Harvey Barnes return to fitness and the starting XI. Watford top goalscorer this season and manager is hoping he can continue his pre-injury form to help fire the side further up the table. 7pts is a huge ask to catch up on especially when the top 3 sides refuse to give up points without a fight! Some off field dealings this week with most exciting is the equipping of the Vitabios centre and giving Martin Demichellis his Budget for his new Medical setup.
With qualification to the next round secure in europe the manager is trying out his new Brazilians in the Cup, Paqueta and Martinelli come in on the wings to add some Brazilian flair and samba to the side. Shaw returns to the Cup side having been sidelined and kept out the side by Baines.
 

GENK

After Genk have sold a couple of established players in recent weeks, the side are looking to promote from within and see who is available on the market. Pape Sarr comes into the midfield to Anchor the side, while the scouts venture off on there task. Yohan Cabaye is getting on and his legs will struggle with two games in a week. Otherwise some investment into infrastructure is underway with the aim to help aid shirts/scarfs.
The usual rotations in the cup side, field a strong side with Hugo Ekitike making the bench after his full review and will be looking to make the cup side in the next few weeks to showcase his ability.

 
LEVERKUSEN

Fans still celebrating last weeks victory which puts the side right back into the mix for the German title. However, the manager will need to get the formula right. Last week Efrain Alvarez put in a Awful performance, the manager has been clear with the player. While he might not be first choice he certainly is expected to perform when called up on and help his side. Adam Hlozek gets the nod at LW ahead of the recovering Eden Hazard. Who will need to ensure his performances pick up when returns to the side or could see himself on the bench... When fighting for points, manager expects his players to be warriors on the pitch and professional off it. Infrastructure heavily invested in this week to aid money flow at the club.
Slightly rotated but strong side in Europe to ensure players remain in form ahead of the next round of fixtures!
 

BOTAFOGO       

Another steady week at the Rio club. With the managers main problem being.. how to ensure the team don't get too complacent ahead of each game. MAnager is trying to motivate his players every way possible. Nothing to extravagant happening this week. Scout heading off to keep working on the way to help improve the side.
As for the cup game, new exciting winger Nico Williams makes his debut to get Neymar Jr a well deserved break having played every game so far this season. Fans are excited to see what the electric winger can do! (As is the manager!)

Friendly games have just kicked off so I expect the league games to kickoff Wednesday morning at 1000 hours...

Chelsea head to Watford this week for a tough game and the manager has decided to bed in a new tactic for the rest of this season and hopefully stand is in good stead for next,as we look unlikely to go down or trouble the top spots in the league currently 

A win or bust game for Chelsea in Champions cup with the manager deciding to stick with the reserve side that have set up the opportunity to progress.

Schalke
After last weeks league loss, the manager has decided a change of tactic is in order as it seems FAS/FAP is getting a bit predictable! The whole squad are tooled up, so hopefully there will be a seamless transition (yeah, right!). The new tactic should make better use of the star players' skills, so looking forward to see the effects...maybe not as soon as this week though, but you never know.
Some fringe player juggling going on this week, to further tighten up the squad size.

Some changes at Plymouth for this match including trialing a new midfield of Odegaard and Silva - potentially lacking the bite of the normal midfield - a huge game to come against Charlton! Lukaku deputised for Haaland. De Bruyne, Gundogan and Haaland return for the huge game against City this morning!
