I’ll go with the majority - what is happening in Ukraine is horrific and rightly so is being condemned around the world. 

Maybe if players aren’t removed then perhaps Russia no longer plays in any of the international competitions?

Again, it’s a game and escape from the real world, or go whole hog and get rid of USA for all countries they have bombed over the years, it would never end lol

As I said, I’ll go with whatever the majority think here - just a suggestion though

I appreciate we all have our own views on what is happening in the world at any one time but I do try to not let it interfere with the fun of the game and with that in mind I've assured the five managers of Russian clubs that there will be no sanctions against them and they can carry on as normal.

Hopefully this wont spoil anybody's fun in the game...

Players who are sent to prison in real life are flagged by the system as being in prison and can be kept but not played, sort of a long term suspension, until they have served their time and been released...

The message being, you are not responsible for what your country does but you have to be held accountable for what you do as an individual.

Adam Johnson is the only current player on the databse who is flagged as being in prison

Who has Benjamin Mendy? Don’t want to throw them under the bus here but shouldn’t he be flagged? Or is it pending trial?  Innocent until proven guilty?

No issues here in the slightest - agree that we don’t want to ruin anyone’s fun in the game for things way out of our control!

Think innocent until proved guilty is the way forward here - Greenwood included, although those pictures don’t look promising for him

Mendy a more tricky one, although he hasn’t been convicted yet he has been refused bail so still in prison.

Unrelated but slightly related note. I was at Troy Deeney's first game back after getting out of prison. Prison life definitely doesn't make you any more mobile .... and he didn't have a load of pace before he went in.
