| As far as I'm ware you can have a International frim each competition? And there is 4 competitions.
Mangers with * get priority on previously managed but if they decide not to take or change team. Always worth a punt!
I have gone for Eng/21 again. |

| Season 31.... Hard to believe i was first introduced into Hemsoft nearly 12 year's ago! (thanks Rich!!)
Watford;
3 game's for the champions in one week! The Champions, couldn't rest on our laurels.. So the manager decided to make a few changes in the off season. James Maddison in to replace Eriksen who moved to Genk. Raheem Sterling arrived to wrestle the mantle from Bale in the LH position and Aaron Wan-Bissaka made a deadline day move to the hornets who takes over from Cancelo and give the team a little bit more of a English feel as the board wanted to focus on Home Grown Quota... Could it spell disaster? Time will tell...
League - First game away to Chelsea, going to be a tough game now that Gary has settled on a formation and managed to get a full preseason behind him! Hopefully the players can pick up where they left off. I certainly believe this year's premier league campaign is going to be much tougher then previous! Bring it on! Charity Shield - Well it's Watford Vs Charlton! A "Classic", "Rivalry", "Feud", "Opposition" Sadly only one manager can win in a final and well, the Watford manager having previously won the manager want's to start the season as he means to go on! So minimal changes for this one with the player's fresh off the back of a rigorous and well drilled pre-season, dietitian on hand to ensure player's came back in tiptop shape. Super Cup - Vs Botafogo!! Both team's are going to go for it! At least i know one of my team's will walk away with the silverware. A couple of changes here and there to keep things fresh on both sides, but looking forward to seeing the Lightning counter attacks vs the silky Brazilian samba.
Genk; League - Just the 1 game for the Dutch/Belgian champions who have reverted back to the previous league format. First up is Anderlecht Away, Even after dominating the league last time out Genk still wanted to improve so brought in Rudiger to replace Kompany, Eriksen to take over from Bailey and latest addition Joao Cancelo to replace the departed Hakimi. Europa glory will be mine!! Ha. Look forward to seeing this team perform! Just hope the Chairman can afford the Goal bonus!!
Botafogo; Last season's over achievers who swept all before them in South America, have reverted back to the Brazilian Samba style of football to bring the mercurial talent of Veron into the starting 11... Manager also brought in the Stalwart Casemiro to bring a much needed edge to the midfield and to hopefully bring the experience the team need to win games! Also through the doors at Nilton Santos came Riyad Mahrez the silky TM to replace Sturridge, Mahrez has big shoes to fill after a sensational return last year from the englishman! First game brings the final game of last season around again, Cruzeiro Away.. will be a good benchmark to see how the team performs against similar opposition as the team managed to win the league on the final day of the season! Hopefully a repeat result!
Goodluck to everyone, have fun! |

| Well here we go, another season begins. On the day the mighty reds climb back onto their perch and the Hendo shuffle will be in full effect.
The Champions Cup draw couldn't be any tougher to be honest so will be interesting to see how that develops.
Come to the realisation this season that I don't think there is one position in my entire Charlton squad I feel I can improve on so I have to trust in the players and system to finally bring a big trophy home. If it doesn't happen, it is clearly not meant to be. Seems my blind faith in buying Liverpool players has finally paid dividends, hopefully they can reproduce their real life form in this game. Unleashing the best front three in world football this season too, so hoping for some entertaining games.
Not much change at Nantes, just a small upgrade in midfield, but an anticipated increased challenge from Paris, Etienne and Monaco will make things very interesting.
Fluminense have seen a few more changes, will be interesting to see if they can all play to a level their potential suggests. Closing the gap to Botafogo and Sau Paulo is key but also an increased challenge from Santos will make the title race a very exciting one in Brazil. |
