Neymar has joined Inter Milan in exchange for Dybala and Varane with Zakaria also moving to Inter as part of the deal.

Inter manager Pat Stewart after being quizzed by journos said "Team building is very complex and despite not wanting to lose my best centreback in Varane it is Neymar we are signing, and players of his quality dont come along very often. Plus I have to consider the future of another very good centreback in Romagnoli, who has been pestering me to play these last two weeks, now we'll see what he can do and hopefully get more goals."

Schalke press conference:
"It is with regret that we decided to let Neymar go as he was finding it difficult to fit in with the system that the manager plays. Schalke are, however, delighted to welcome both Varane and Dybala into the fold. Both will slot in perfectly, and strengthen the first team squad in positions that required it."

Just had time to digest this weeks games. What a massive effort by the Charlton players to come away with two wins against two top sides! Equally as pleasing I think, is that the strikers seem to bee getting a good understanding and delivering the goals!

Nantes suffered a loss in Europe, but it was a tough away trip to Arsenal, still plenty to play for. Decent win in the league helped restore confidence.

Despite Fluminense coming out the week without a win, I am absolutely thrilled with two away draws.  Tough game in the Libertadores and the hardest fixture of the season in the league, away to Santos. To come back from 2-0 down, but also a man down, shows massive character!
