Season 27 Week 19 processing...

On the way out it was a 500+ ft elevation in about a quarter of a mile.  He raced off and left me behind.  I passed him at about half a mile though.  His legs were wrecked and he was moaning.  He kept going though and did out outward run of about 2.75 miles but walked back with his mother. The difference is the day after where I'm in bits and he's always ready to go again.

Lol, literally a case of the tortoise and the hare!  Wish I had that type of recovery though...
