lol, cheers boss.  Wish I could be here when everything is happening, can be difficult to find the stuff that matters most with 8 or 9 pages to go through

5 wins in a row for Raith now since I came back, happy with that, even if the opposition isn't exactly the strongest!  I'll feel better about the team once some of the rubbish is turfed out and replaced with more young blood.  

As for West Ham...I can't even get excited about them at the moment.  The team is pretty hopeless, as is almost everything else about them.

When you are looking for players its a good idea to use the permanent bid system because every reality manager checks this file every week and a good offer for one of their players can sometimes net a decent player, esp if they have too many for a particular role. 

Each reality manager has his own style of play and requires certain players, so a RM that uses FAS will be looking for dynamos and if he has a winghalf for instance on his books he may well be willing to sell him in order to fund a better dynamo or even just a dynamo replacement.

How much do you offer ? anything over the tribunal value will be considered but the higher the better chance you have of doing a deal. Each offer is rated and reported back to you each week.

How long do the bids remain on file ? between 3 and 6 turns, this gives the RM the chance to find a replacement.

Still printing this morning ( only downside of having more managers is this takes longer ). This includes outputting the data from the computer where I run everything to the computer which is on the internet for sending out as well as printing the order sheets.

As soon as it is finished I will send out the email turns.

I have noticed initially that a lot of my academy players have all of a sudden started demanding time in the first 18?  I thought they were protected from such demands if they were in the academies?

I have got this from Academy players and also with over 32 players who previously didn't want first 11.

Also did anyone else get a copy of the European tables for the smaller competitions?

Some of the better youth players have decided to have a good old moan this week about not playing often enough despite them being at a youth academy of some description. This is NOT correct and I have reset them to being happy so please ignore any such moans from players at a youth academy.

Players who are over32 shouldn't be complaining, that is an error, please ignore any such moans from over32 players.
