this was a total bust from my point of view, all the free accounts just let the griefers into the game and it became a game of avoid the griefer. Some of these griefers are still in the game and its just not worth playing at the moment. Until the game gets some anti-griefing deterents in place its not worth investing time in. Looks amazing though.

Finding it enjoyable so far, is very much a survival game as well as exploration though. Some stunning looking planets.

i see where the exploration / collection / trading comes in but how do they handle the survival bit ?

You have to recharge your health/exosuit/mining beam/gun/ship engines/warp drive/hyper drive. They all use resources which you collect from the planets. The planets are huge, the cave systems are superb. The way you can go from planet to space and back is totally seamless.
