Thanks P, quick question on sign-ons for you....
Must admit, I'm guessing on whatever sign-ons I use.
Is there a formula for offering effective sign-ons? What 'effect' is there for offering good/average/poor sign-ons?
For instance, when I review a player, and their WR goes up, I just increase their wage accordingly (and sometimes their contract length), but no sign-on is paid - am I pissing them off?
