Well a strange week for Plymouth. Amazing to win away against Barcelona playing just 3 attacking players and satisfied with a draw against City given the team haven't got anything from he game for the past 2 seasons or so against them. A long way from perfect but a start given this is going to be a transitional season for the Club...

Very happy with this week's results.  Inter's league side had a comfortable 6-1 away win and the European side won 4-0 against a very strong Arsenal.  Will be interesting to see the match reports but I'm assuming Arsenal played a weaker team in Europe.

Villa got their first win of the season and first League goals too.  A change of tactic to make use of the resources at had may be the catalyst. Again a really interesting match report I think.

Quick question about friendlies - Am I thinking that if a team plays you in a friendly they play against your league side. Its the other way around if you initiate the friendly?

Additionally, and this might be one for you Paul, my interpreter is on 100% but some of the squad have asked for a better interpreter. Can I pay him more than 100% of his wages or do I need to look at a language teacher as well - is this why?
