Just watching the Champions League. Are Barca basically playing ISF and using Messi as a CF? Suarez scores after Messi beats 2 men in the air (one of them Benatia) and flicks the ball on à la Emile Heskey.
At the same time a back 3 which includes Xabi Alonso is never the way I think I'd go if I was facing Messi, Suarez and Neymar. Xabi is a great regista but he's no sweeper and certainly no Beckenbauer or even a Matthaus or Sammer. Bayern look slick in midfield and decent up front but totally found out in defence.
