| Hi Paul, None of my dealings happened. My managerial feedback is the same as last week and the scout reports too and loans to feeder teams. |

| All resent for week 12 instead of week 11. Seems I need to do some housekeeping on my file archive. |

Lampard autocorrect. Yep DY tiredness will play havoc with your team because your whole midfield or a third of your team are dynamos. ( Nothing to do with being ISF ). They will stop going forward and back with the result you create less and no longer have any defence covering midfielders, as happened against Fulham. If you play with 3 high energy midfielders then you do need to manage their stamina. It's worth an extra explanation about dynamos and the way they play as they are somewhat different to other midfielders. A good dynamo can be an attacking midfielder when you attack and a defensive midfielder when you are defending, but does little creative work when you have the ball in midfield as they are mostly running forward waiting for a pass from the creative guy(s). So playing just 3 attack minded dynamos will empty your midfield as soon as you win possession because they run forward, this leaves the defence/gk needing to make a long pass. It works for you because Lampard and Milner both know how to also defend, they're not auto-attackers, they know when to attack when to defend. Hopefully that doesn't confuse you although DYs are very complex to explain. |
