I lost a couple at Lyon this week in the cup game - seems as though the emphasis on the squad of players is now greater than ever!

Agree with Ben. Looking at Poli in a whole new light after he came in and got a superb in my league game. I'm also looking at my squad in a similar way to Iain which I think is smart.

Great work on getting the 'team details' up and running again Paul.

Love to read other people's lineups and tactics, important when picking my own team.

also do like the fact that we are all getting injuries.
adds a bit more to the mix, my small squad may be tested to the max - at what point do i let stephen mcmanus play???

While I'm at it, just want to give credit to Paul or the work he has done in the game as the improvements he has made have made the game a lot better in my opinion.
Specifically, this week as I'm sure many of you have noticed, Mo Diame is on the transfer list for 12m. Normally myself and a lot of other managers would be happy to pay that and put a bid in.
However, personally, after having thought about it for a few minutes, it would make no sense for me to do it. I already have a 9999 AM, and so Diame wouldn't be first choice. In fact, he'd actually cause me a selection headache in that he'd want first team football regularly. Something I cannot guarantee, so have decided not to bid for him.
I think this a great for the game, as it stops players unneccesarily bidding and buying players unrealistically. As far as I am aware, this is why Paul introduced all the requirements of the players and it has worked a treat.

As I understand it, Harry Redknapp doesn't need him anymore as he has just bought Tom Hudds. Which is good that he also has to let him go, but wouldn't it also be great if he actually went to another reality managed team to make them that little bit stronger. Hopefully a few will put big bids in?

I think I'd actually prefer if Harry thought sod it and kept them both.

Am Huddleston and Diame BW or which ever way round he'd see for.

Spurs would be a real force to reckoned with in that department and we could treat them as a serious threat.

Although surely united need to replace Bryan hodge
