| Gotta be happy with a point v Arsenal really (but i'm not), I am happy with a clean sheet though, the back 3 did well! Gremio draw for the 7th straight game, another 0-0 Need to start scoring with both sides, there's enough talent there. |

| Man United and Everton have swapped Kolo Toure for Johnny Heitinga which generated a nice sellon fee for Arsenal. |

| here's an interesting bid from Liverpool for Glen Johnson at £12million straight cash
but from what I read earlier I guess its a bit of a waste of time the RMs making bids like this for your better players ? Would any sort of cash bids tempt you to part with your better players ?
fyi if a permbid from a RM manager stays on file for 3 weeks it gets deleted at which time that player becomes "notavailableforsale" and so he shouldnt attract cash bids again in the future. |

| Tottenham have offered Mohamed Diame in a swapbid for Scott Parker.
Both Fulham and Charlton have put in permbids for Diame both of which are rated at 40% atm.
the system now rates bids and these ratings are designed to give you some sort of feedback on bids, for instance, the system rates these bids thus :-
Diame for Parker at 39% thats +25% for cashamount +9%age ( Diame is younger)+5%PP(parker=diame=AM)
Huddlestone for Diame is rated at 49% thats +25% cash +9%PT +5%CR +5%PP +5%RCL
Palacios for Diame is rated at 48% thats +25% cash +9%PT +9%CR +5%PP
the cash part is calculated 1*tribval = 25% 2* tribval = 50% 3* tribval = 75% and the extras part is calculated better PT +9% equal +5% better CR +9% equal +5% younger +9% equal +5% good PP +5% reallifeclub +5%
so theoretically your bid could be rated at over 100% but 100% is as good as it can get, but that doesnt mean it will be accepted as other elements also come into play like managerial requirements and competition, ie if there are 2 bids of equal or almost equal merit then the system will not decide until one of the bids increases due to some reason, ie one may expire, one may be increaed etc etc etc.
This is a new system to give you some feedback so its still in Beta atm but hopefully it will be good once its finished.

| another perm bid where Plymouth have offered Rio Ferdinand in exchange for Nigel De Jong, that deal is rated at 50% that's 50% cash(twice Nigels' tribval) plus 0% extras, Rio is same PT lower CR older diff PP and not Everton reallife player. Just to give another example of how it works.
The higher the rating the more chance of it being accepted.
Other team reqs are also taking into account, so the system rates Everton current CB against Rio, and their next best Am against Nigel. Those ratings are then added to the permbid rating and a decision made.

| Disappointed to lose top spot this week but I can't grumble about keeping a clean sheet away to Real. Will be interesting to see the match report.
Flamengo continuing to impress, nice settled team now they've got to transfer their form to the cup.
Congrats to Betis on topping the table, Iain and myself can't remember the last time neither of us were top! |

| This sounds great Paul, a good improvement I think.
Is it possible to get the percentage rating of our offer on our feedback the following week if the bid is unsuccessful, basically to see how close/far away we were?
I like the fact the other managers are really thinking about the deals now, and being a lot stricter in their requirements. Hopefully their teams will just get stronger and stronger. |

| The system rates its own bids, for instance
Everton have offered Dusko Tosic in a swap for Phil Jagielka
so that is rated
+0%cash +5%PT +5%CR +9%age so rating = 19%
although this figure is very low compared to your permbids its good for a RM. |

| Group Two
and in the big game it finished
Holland 1 France 2 Portugal 0 Norway 0
France 6 +3 Portugal 4 +2 Norway 1 -2 Holland 0 -3
so in a big shock Holland are already out of this years competition. |

| Group Three
Spain 7 Scotland 0 Argentina 7 Poland 0
Argentina 6 +8 Spain 3 +6 Poland 3 -6 Scotland 0 -8
and we seem to be heading towards another shock here with the possibility of Spain not making the semi-finals, and Argentina only needing a draw in their last game to make it through, but still one vital game left to play. |

| Sheffield Wednesday boss Gary Megson was kind enough to offer me £2millions for Adam Proudlock ( twice his tribval ) so I took that and signed my long lost relative Kane Hemmings on loan from Geoff at Man City to replace him. I can now work on enlarging my stadium from 500 which i am now continually exceeding each week.
I also swapped out Deale Chamberlain my backup keeper for another long lost relative in the shape of Johnny Hemmings from Leeds but not sure why other than this is one of the versions of me of course on the database ( there are a few knocking around from the early days ). |

although this figure is very low compared to your permbids its good for a RM. So in essence then Paul do the reality managers need the % levels they will offer for a player turning up. Bit upset it rates that at 19%, about 18% too much lol love jags mr reliable. |

| Santos trialed Taison and tried to swapout Tiago Oliveira LK9797 for Cleber CB9490 at Vasco but Valdo the RM there didnt want him cos he was too old you think I'd know at least wouldn't you Cleber is not even playing so Ive adjusted the RM age rules to only apply to players they want to keep, and from now on any players they dont want can be freely swapped out. |
