You could try MIX with an AM, PM, RH, LH, TM and CF which would work, although unless I am wrong Paul the TM wouldn't get much of a look in? everybody gets a lookin in MIX Fair enough, the PM then decides who to pass to I guess depending on a number of factors. This could work then Tom playing AM PM TM LH RH and CF.
I tried this this week with Lyon and its not too bad, although the TM didn't do a lot, the ball went straight out to the wingers and then to the CF. I guess with a better TM though he will come into play more often? Anyone any ideas? |

- I've just turned Portugal to a fairly odd variation of 4-2-3-1
I wanted to play Ronaldo up front but couldnt as his positions are LWRWDY...
so i moved to MIX and deployed Ronaldo as the central DY with an ATT command on him.
Portugal now line up like this.
4 at the back BW - Mouthino PM - Merieles DR - Nani DY - Ronaldo DL - Simao (i think) ST - Postiga
worked ok, beat Belgium 3-1. Not saying its' the answer, but if you've attacking DY's, it's a nice variation Rich, with this does the PM pass directly to CR or mostly to the DL/DR's? |

| was a variation Ben, it's MIX after all. I tend to find he looked for the better CR's. I take it you meant DY?

| Sorry I meant did he pass more to Ronaldo in the centre?
Trying to work out if I played with Rooney as a TM whether the PM would automatically look for him or would always look out wide for the RH/LH? |

| yeah i thought so... but then again, it's only one game mate.
I think if you were to go mix, he'd be drawn to the HIgher CR's. Just my opinion |

| Yeah that's what I think, although as an alternative to FAS I don't want the PM to just go wide then straight to the CF. Something to ponder I guess... |
