one win away from the title, seem to be struggling in defence but keep getting the results. Maybe having two attack minded fullbacks in Jordi Alba and Dani Alves isn't the best idea, some new commands coming their way for next season! Definitely missed the influential Yaya Toure.

Real seem to be on fire at the moment so its gonna be a tough cup final.........

As for Flamengo who knows!! Struggling with consistency with a strong squad that should be doing a lot better!

Yes Plymouth have won the Premiership title in what was a very close run race at one time and its nothing less than Ben deserves as he has pretty much rebuilt what was an ageing side he inherited. Congrats to Ben.

the Bundesliga has come right down to the wire this season with Bayern and Schalke set for a title showdown next week at Schalke's ground, and what a game that promises to be, Lahm, Ronaldinho, Podolski and Klose against Schweinsteiger, Kaka, Gomez and Cassano, although i would say that Schalke do hold the ace card with Cristiano Ronaldo, but we shall see.

Barcelona's title hopes rest on a home game against Real Sociedad whom they walloped 3-0 away from home earlier in the season. Its been a superb season so far for Barcelona having won all their games bar the two games against Real Madrid and how Real must be regretting their only defeat of the season away at Real Betis, had they won that game then they'de be top now and not Barcelona. And now we have the Spanish Cup final to look forward to, a cup that Iain has won no less than 6 times, in seasons 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21. Matt's Barcelona cant match that record although they did win it in season 20 and lost in the final to Real in season 18 and 21, so a fair history between these two managers and a great cup final in prospect.

Back in the premier league at the first attempt I'm happy with that although winning the championship will depend on winning my last game and how many tevez scores, fair play to Tom who by signing tevez was a masterstroke that easily set him apart from everyone else in the league , I fully expect with my team to be good enough to stay up next season ......but when did that ever mean anything.

my biggest defeat ever with Santos as I went down 4-0 at Palmeiras and I paid the penalty for being too adventurous away from home. Cant believe it was 4-0 though, bloody reality managers, may have to give Pele the sack next season, and to a team of no-hopers on 91% . Still Vagner Love showed his class and tore apart his former team-mates.

Bonus of River drawing .... maybe, just maybe Boca can do a smash and grab on the last day. The Ma-Za-Fa partnership might do enough with Vidal and Isla supporting. A re-think in defence needed next season.

Looks like the French title comes down to Bordeaux vs Paris and Toulouse vs Nantes, and if they both fail then Etienne vs Monaco becomes a crucial game. I think that Tom has done an excellent job since taking over at Nantes, not his first choice I know, but an excellent job though, to be up against the top french managers is well done to you mate. Hope you beat them both, and I can say that cos they tell me they never visit the forum ( but just in case they do, I was only joking )

Another goalless game for Watford, three in a row now, think I need to reduce ticket prices at Vicarage Rd or nobody will want to watch them at all! Even switching from SLO to MIX had no effect! So how do u score goals in this game? Answers on a post card please! Never figured it out with Watford in 3 seasons now- maybe I need a TM!

I guess you can't have one without the other!!

By attacking more, it naturally means you will be more open at the back.
Striking a fine balance is the important key, as I'm sure most managers will agree!

I've a pretty good defence but wouldn't consider my team to be that defensive at all!
