| There is also a knockon effect cos Parker is now winning more balls you are also creating more chances, 10 in this practice game vs MU instead of the 3 I think it was in the original game. |

| That's great thanks Paul. Think Evans is due a review really as well, apart from "the game we don't talk about" he's probably been United's best defender this season.
One thing I was wondering about, have injuries been tweaked as there hardly seems to be any players out injured anywhere? |

Alot of possession changes in this game with both Inter goals coming from Roma errors, Roma's wingbacks were told to DEF and they are also the main route of attack in the SLO wingback system as a result Roma created very little going forward.
I'm beginning to think that SLO should be a 442 formation only as it just doesnt seem to work as a 361 formation. defensively it would have been good barring those 2 individual errors that might have been avoided, but going forward it offers very little.
How attached are you to this weird formation Stuart ? well....i've really only been using it cos at the end of last season i sold di maria and my best option out wide was with wing backs really. 3-5-2 is, or was, down as a one of the formations for slow in the rule book so it seemed the best option with what i had. i dropped hulk from the team cos i wasnt getting anything from playing two forwards so changed to 3-6-1 early in the season. i could play perreira at LH and krasic RH with maxwell and rafinha at full back with slow i suppose but i'd have no backup for them. i guess my other option is to use wingers thru vucinic and krasic but neither are much good there so i think thats pointless. the problem with my team is width, i dont have much yet i have two beasty centre forwards in hulk and pazzini. i'd be better off making use of them but i cant without decent wide players. |

| the other problem you have in this game is that Giggs' trickery is maxed out at 9.5 and players can use trickery to beat tackles that they might otherwise lose out to, so Giggs is a tough person to stop, and he does create alot of MUs chances. |

Still going strong ala real life! Is Giggs the only player remaining from the original database still playing? |

Still going strong ala real life! Is Giggs the only player remaining from the original database still playing? interesting question that, the original database had only about 6000 players on it. johan mjallby pascal zuberbuhler henrik larsson maik taylor francesco toldo dwight yorke petr katchuro peter ndlovu there's quite a few actually but most are waiting to be retired and wiped from the database and arent still available to sign. Giggs is a rarity that you can still use him. |

| shay given 370 weeks at newcastle is about 15 seasons sounds about the time I introduced the WAC field, so he could have been, only Mark can say for sure although he has also played 22 youth games for newcastle....

none of the english clubs available would be anywhere near as good as either Inter or Roma. |

| Liverpool & Sunderland probably ur best bet in terms of stadium size to have available, Ooooh just thought, u could be derby and forest just to maintain a nice bit of rivalry Obviously whoever gets derby gets a slightly bigger ground and more importantly my blessing

Vidic marked Tevez Coleman marked Malouda and Kolarov marked Walcott.
Arsenal created 8 chances to 2 but had to rely on a last minute goal from the departed Tevez, so a mixed game I'd say, plenty of chances and possesion against the leaders but only Koscielny doing well in defence and that nearly scuppered you. Paul, i've noticed youve been talking about defenders playing badly by coming out of defence to play the ball etc is this the case for me or is it just cause i have a shocking CB?? thanks. |

| The extra space has "enticed" quite alot of centrebacks to bring the ball out of defence today so Ive stopped that, and from now on they will only come forward if you tell them to, with the FFD command or they have the FFD in their trademarks. |
