| After me and Gaz got through a bottle of merlot post game, and he mistook the picture of Steve Walsh with the Coca-cola cup for Gareth Gates... We decided that an in-depth telestrater review of the Foxes v Chelsea would be very much appreciated...
It's pretty apparent that Suarez handed Poulsen his ass... But a Hansen style post-match ripping would help us both if possible...
Also, Paul... If possible, could you look at my language groups for me?
In terms of nationality,
Krul (Hol) Poulsen (Den) Park (Kor) Kalinic (Cro) Pavlyuchenko (Rus)
am I understanding correctly that because Pav & Park will have played more than 24 games for me, that their languages won't be hampered?. Krul will undoubtedly speak English having been in the English game since age 16 or something.. All the Scandinavians speak better English than Will...so hopefully just Kalinic falling into his own group?
Any thoughts massively appreciated (thanks Paul)

| If there's time (although it is a bit dull) it might be good to look at 2 very difference styles which seemed to have cancelled each other out in the Milan derby. Milan play a traditional FAS tactic with Lavezzi controlling the game behind a pair of forwards while Inter are a SLO build up team with Pirlo and Hernanes pulling the strings in midfield looking for the front 4 to do the damage. Both teams are pretty strong defensively so would be interesting to see how the styles competed. |

| The reason it'll be dull is the score was 0-0. |

| 5 players not playing squad eff 95%
too many players and some players wages need adjusting, so some work to be done but overall going in the right direction and should do better from now on. |

| player attitudes Bendtner first11 50% but never gets a game first18 100% is okay as he normally sits on the bench but he wont sign a new contract if he doesnt play 50% in the first11. might be better to swap him out for somebody who doesnt mind sitting on the bench. |

| Lille MIX 5 no PM plays with a TM instead, will work sometimes just depends on the opposition, this week it was Marseille. only had 45% possession created 6 chances to 3. Carlos Alberto TM superb scored the goal and pretty much carries this team setup like this. |

| Newcastle CAT 3 48% 3 chances to United's 9 chances thankfully Given was in good form saving 7 Kolarov was manmarking so couldnt play his usual expansive forward game but he did keep sean evans quiet. Van Der Vaart TM mom for United. Giovani TM good Forlan CF superb got one of the goals.
a bit lucky really had to rely on Given alot but CAT is a bit like that soaking up pressure then breaking out. |

| against Schalke only 40% possession Forlan TM average Balotelli CF average 3 chances to Schalke's 9 Given in good form again saved 6 chances. took an early lead then fell behind then made 3 subs two of which were to play at BW which of course you can no longer do so one came on as MG and I think that was what stopped Newcastle getting back into the game as MG is not used in CAT. bit unfortunate that cos Muntari AM went off and that certainly unbalanced the side. Now im hoping I didnt cause that by putting the subs in wrong, checking, not me, Mark def wrote down 2 BW subs. sorry mate. |

| Sevilla DEF 4 59% possession 2 chances to Bilbao's 1 were unlucky not to win 1-0 but any draw away from home is good. CF is crucial in DEF and they use Matri STCFTM height 4 on good form and normal morale, if Mark can get this guy playing better and feeling happier he should be able to improve on recent results with 3 goals scored and 3 goals conceded in the last 6 games. If he can score at least a goal a game he will move up quickly. |

| Chelsea poor wage structure from the front page will be hampering things.
MIX 5 Suarez PM average Eduardo CF sublime mom Kalou RW superb 43% possession Suarez off at halftime and Ben-Arfa on PM average, 5 chances to Leicester's 3. Eduardo won this game on his own really. both goals and mom. Suarez was wasted at PM and a lucky win really. |

| Europa League game against Berlin ended 0-0 MIX 6 Josh Mceachran PM good Eduardo ST average most first choice on the bench. 43% possession. 2 chances to Berlin's 3. 3 saved by Carroll. 2 shots off target by chelsea. a good result overall i'd say for the young side. |

| Sampdoria, settled, MIX 5 Tranquillo PM good 50% 7 chances to Parma's 0 chances. all round a good powerful performance. Rodrigo DR sublime mom. Melo DL superb. Adriano CF good. goals from Rodrigo and Melo.
poor wage structure again though so some work to be done.
5 players not playing 95% squad eff. has too many players in the first25 not playing like Carlton Cole, probably best to sell him on before he starts to cause trouble with the other forwards. has 8 players on awful morale which will hamper squad morale and be holding back everybody who plays even though they might be on better morale as individuals, they are looking over their shoulders at how Cole is being treated. |

| If I'm correct that draw with Barcelona knocks us both out of champions league due to ac Milan having such a high lead. Unless they lose both there games? Which doesn't look likely. Diarra getting sent off? Another product of rich's dirty tactics. Haha. I seem to have quite a lot of possession in my games. Which is good. Overall my team seems to play better with tevez at tm. Was trying to mix things up with Rvp playing there. Thanks Paul |

| Birmingham FLY 5 Aguero TM superb nani RW average Young LW average Hernandez CF average 61% possession 4 chances to 3 bit of an unlucky defeat this. Parker AM superb.
this was one of the shortest match reports ive seen the system generate and even though brum wanted to bring on 3 subs after 65 mins if losing or drawing their subs didnt come on until the 90th minute cos their was no break in play until then. I'll have to look at this and try to improve it because it seems very unrealistic atm. |

but Birmingham's goals seem to be drying up, hernandez 9 games 0 goals and nani 11 games 0 goals are two biggest culprits. when you look at their form and morale you see why. Hernandez normal and poor. nani normal and good.
only 1 player not playing.
some ints arent on very good wages like Welbeck WR95 on awful morale and only earning 20000 per week compared to Nzogbia WR94 and on 25,000 per week this will effect everybody if left for long enough and squad morale is very very low and needs looking at with some urgency. |

| where it says squad morale = hopeful it means the players still have faith that the manager can put it right but if you leeave it too long this will turn to awful. |

| 13 players are now on awful morale with another one on poor, if you can improve this then you will start to win games with the players you have. |

| Gremio SAM 5 37% possession 0 chances created GK was mom.
2 language groups.
6 players not playing. squad morale hopeful. a massive 16 players on awful morale. awful form comes as a consequence of this. once the morale is sorted then perfs should improve and the form should then start to improve as well.
wage structure is the main cause of the awful morale. WR86 on 30,000 WR90 on 20,000. WR82 on 25000 needs some serious attention. |

| Leicester WHV 5 57% possession 3 chances to 5. Carrick PM average Park RH superb Kewell LH average Pav CF average.
poor wage structure with 9 players on awful morale. hopeful squad morale. a familiar story for under performing sides atm.
only 1 player not playing.
Michael Carrick is suffering from a poor win bonus and he's probably the most important player in the team, but Leicester dont have a lot of cash atm being heavily in debt.
Chamakh attitude 1 played in the reserves this week at AM even though he expects 100% of first11 but you do have a 5 week honeymoon period b4 players begin to complain. |

| Real Betis WHV 5 39% but they were playing Barcelona.
too many players, 7 not playing. hopeful squad morale. 9 players on awful morale. 1 on poor. the rest on superb so the superbs are being held back by the others. no less than 7 central attackers for vying for 2 positions in the team.
poor wage structure WR84 on 15000 WR88 on 8000.
just too many players really the extra players empty your bank account and deplete your squad morale its best to decide to keep those you need and who you can fit in and just sell the rest. |
