| The swap deal involving Andy Carroll and George Boateng has gone through although it is very difficult to see how Fulham are going to keep Zamora, Bent and Carroll all happy vying for a single striking position in the team, and the question has to be, has the Fulham boss made an error of judgement in signing yet another centre forward ?
All three of them have an attitude of 2 so its hard to see how he will keep all three happy for any length of time. Maybe one will be leaving ? although Bent is on a protected contract and Zamora is currently first choice, some insight from Will would be very interesting. |

| I mean Jerome Boateng of course but he is also attitude 2 and the only player in the Birmingham defence he could share duties with is Gareth Bale at left back as the other defenders are all attitude 1. Rich may have to increase the wages of some of his attitude 1 players and make them attitude 2 so that they can share a defensive role with Boateng, or maybe one of them is leaving ? again any insight from Rich would be very interesting. |

| Alex Oxlade Chamberlain moved to Charlton as expected from their feeder club and it'll be very interesting to see how he progresses if given the chance. |

| Scott Sinclair also made the move from feeder club to Charlton and was very happy.
Dont forget these feederclub to parentclub deals need only be written on one of your turn sheets, you dont have to confirm them on the other one as well, if you need the dealing line for something else. the choice is yours though. |

Not a lot of insight here then... You do have to manage your attitudes though, thats a BIG hint from me. |

| Adil Rami made the switch to Roma from Inter and looks likely to replace Thiago at the centre of Roma's defence, although he could also share defensive duties with Bonucci or Thiago who are both attitude 2 players.
I also did a slight review of Rami and he is now 9795 attitude 2. |

You do have to manage your attitudes though, thats a BIG hint from me. Boateng will slot in at either Rb or Cb in place of Eboue who is shite so the.defence will be Boateng, Evans, Hangeland, Bale with Simpson, Dann, Mensah, Briggs as reserves. |

Or is it hidden? |

| Midfield two of Parker and Fellaini with Cleverley and Fletcher reserves, front four of Nani, Young, Aguero and Chicha with Boateng, Henderson/N'Zogbia, Taarabt and Welbeck reserves, everyone has competition for a place or so it seems! |

| I guess I should have read a bit further as Thiago has left Roma for Boca in a swapdeal that also includes Roma signing Amorebeta, Remy and Ameli.
Thiago will certainly slot straight into Boca's side but its completely unclear where Loic Remy will fit into the Roma side, as Stuart seems to be collecting strikers in abundance just to fill the one striking role in his team. Currently he has 4 attitude 1 players, Pazzini, Hulk, Vucinic and now Remy for the one spot, this will certainly be hammering his squad morale and doing him no good at all. |

| The plan is/was:
Bobby Zamora is now 31 and has been excellent for us but i think the time is right to take the burden off him a little, be that in midweek cup games or to freshen things up during a game and Andy gives us that perfect option.
Carroll who had been reported to be merley a bench warmer and on a poultry 15k with Birmingham should be relishing the chance to challenge Bobby for the Centre forward berth and have a genuine chance of first team football in a team with the players, formation and tactic that he should revel in.
Was hoping that having over tripled Carrolls wage he would be a little more appreicitive of what were trying to build here at fulham and be prepared to bide his time while he deveolpes and makes a natural progression to take over from Bobby when the day comes.
Competition for places is paramount and in Bobby, Andy and Darren we have it in abundance.
Darren Bent is equally important as he gives us a different option if we need to approach a game differently or change it during the course of.
The club are currently using a combination of FLY and WIN that should allow all 3 players to play their part in what we hope to be a successful season.
(thats the plan anyway, although pauls got me worried now lol) |

| Dont forget that attitude 1s need to play once a week in your first 11
if you have a cup/euro/int game as well that week then you can keep 2 attitude 1 players happy that week. if not then you can only keep 1 happy.
attitude 2s need to play 50% of your first11 games, they will not be happy being stuck to the subs bench or coming on as subs, they wanna start 50% of your first team games in the first 11. so you can rotate 2 attitude 2 players in one position over the course of ten weeks to give them each 5 starting births, its called squad rotation ( unavailable weeks dont count ). But against the rotation you have to balance out the disruption this will cause to your team each week, so its all about a balance or not employing squad rotation at all. its up to you. |

The idea at Boca is to move to change to SLO and 442 to copy Inter as it'll be highly skilled DY's playing wide - Thiago and Maxi Moralez. |

if you have espn and get chance watch the bundesliga review or the marco reus show as it should be called him and herrmann have turned gladbach into a champuons league team. also the germans have loads of great keepers. |

| I'm going to start the roundup with Newcastle and their strikers. Mark thinks they are not scoring enough and not playing well together, and it seems a few of you are also of that opinion, so I'll do it pretty in depth, that way it may give you all some pointers as to where you can tweak things. |
