The system is being reset and initialised for the new week and I've started opening the envelopes.

First turn out of the bag this week is Chelsea.

Gary is looking to offload Riise to Liverpool for £12m, good deal that for hi, and bring in youngster Patrick Bamford, signed by the Blues in real life as well.

Next up are Jamie's Schalke.

Nobody seems to want to go to Schalke's development academy, I'd better check that out Smile

Richard's Leicester are next. A few ins and outs this week, with Rich looking to offload Kevin Davies, and bring in Kieran Richardson and Mary Chamakh. While Hutton makes way in the team for Walker.

Matt's Barcelona are next, with Juan Mata making the first eleven and Cazorla dropped to the bench.

New contract for Evra as he opens negotiations for his sale to Manchester United. Marchena may also be on his way out to Valencia, but the hugely talented Alex Pato is not going anywhere.

Tactical systems SEX and FLY are both fixed formation tactics. This basically means that if you choose to play an unsupported player position then you rely on the players knowledge to bring that position into play, rather than relying on the system to bring that position into play.

So with FLY we should be using LW CF TM RW as out forwards, but if you bring in a ST as well then you are relying on your TM to bring him into play, he wont come into play automatically. So if your TM is good it may work and if your TM is not so good then it wont work as well. Your choice with these fixed formation tactics.

If you were to change FLY to WIN and play the ST then he would be bought into play automatically and it wouldnt matter if yout TM was good or bad.

Next up is a bigun. Phil's Arsenal.

Corluka is listed for an astonishing £15millions, not sure he's worth anything like that amount. Arshavin is offered a new contract and Szcznesny is up for review again.

Got to get my magnifying glass out to read the various scout reports though cos the printing is so small, must be about 5 point printing...

Distin dropped to the bench for France, sad to see the twilight years appraoching for such an under-rated player. However Phil's feeder club Lille do recognise the buy man's quality and they try to sign him.

Next up is Ross with Blackpool.

Bringing in a few players as usual. Bertrand on loan and bidding on Insua and that man Distin. Whilst trying to raise money with the sale of Ranger, Liam Lawrence for $4million and Grant Leadbitter for £3million, a couple of real battlers there, just the sort you need to help get you out of the lower leagues.

Tom is next out of the bag with Charlton.

Selling the highly rated Chris Samba in a swap deal to Feyenoord as he tries to bring in Joe Allen and £8millions. But another fighter is shown the door as Lee Cattermole leaves for Feyenoord for £1.5million. Daniel Sturridge is offered a new contract, will he sign, wont he sign ? and decides to demolish his development academy. Spearing goes on loan to Nantes.

Nantes for their part also grab Neymar on loan.

Phil Jones comes into the England Under 21 team but no changes for England.

Richard's Birmingham are next up.

Rich is looking to send Kyle Naughton out on loan while trying to bring in Freddy Veseli in the hope that Man United are a better judge of a footballer than Man City.

He also looks to build a Megastore to take advantage of the arrival of Sergio Aguero.

Andy Carroll is dropped to the bench as Sergio is given a lone striking role upfront for Brum, with the speedy Danny Welbeck in on the right wing and a change to the WIN tactical system. It'll be interesting to see if Sergio can play that role in that formation, although he might not have too many high balls to deal with as both Welbeck and Ashley Young have been told to cut inside as often as possible. Interesting times in Birmingham.

Just a word about cheques.

It is better for me if you write out one cheque for both your teams and just include the amount to credit to each team on the order sheet, rather than write out two cheques.

This would save me a few bob's worth of bank charges, Thanks.

Ben is up next with Plymouth.

Congrats on the new flat Ben, I hope it brings you good luck.

He is trying to sign Mertesacker this week on a £6millions signon fee and is looking to improve top end contracts for Rooney, Robinho, nasri, Essien and Petr Cech, all of whom are likely to be away on international duty during midweek. Excellent move by Ben considering what happened last time there was an international week.

Argentina switch to the FAS tactical system which should prove more comfortable for most of their players.

A word about man-marking. You cannot ask to mark the oppositions Target Man, you need to specify a player reference as the choice has to be made prior to the match because these things need to be organised and practiced in training as opposed to done after the teams are announced with half hour left before kickoff.

Another bigun, this time from Will's Fulham.

Will is trying to bring in Gary Cahill in exchange for Scottish international Stephen McManus, who normally spens his time sitting on Fulham's sub's bench. Skrtel is up for review whilst Bobby Zamora, Stephen Pienaar and Stephen Warnock are both offered new contracts.

Arjen Robben swaps from the wing to Target Man as Fulham switch to FLYing wingers and James Milner moves out to replace him on the left wing.

Feyenoord look to bring in a few new players with Patrick Bamford and Freddi Vaseli also on their wanted list this week.

Holland reward their players following the demolition of the USA with an unchanged side to face Spain this week.

Another big turn, this time from Jamie and Watford.

Jose Enrique is up for review again. In comes Phil Jones for the departing Distin on his way to Nantes and the suspended Diaby is replaced by Gyan, to give the side a far more attacking feel. With Gyan supporting Adebayor and with Arteta and Adam pulling the strings in the middle of the park it could prove to be a very tough week for Leeds.

Ancona are also chasing young Patrick Bamford and Freddi Veseli.

Last turn this week is Rob's Inter Milan.

Inter are looking to offload Julio Cesar for £10millions, the same amount he came from Schalke for.

Pazzini comes in for Italy to replace Montolivo and bang in form De Rossi moves out wider.

That's all the turns I have atm. Some may arrive with the post this afternoon.

Missing turns are Newcastle, Real Madrid and Roma.

I dont really expect to get one from Stu, I'm guessing he's still not very well, and he is out of credit this week, so I will put his team under the control of his assistant manager until I know more of his situation.

Mark's turn quite often doesnt have enough postage on it so sometimes arrives very late and Iain's turn very rarely arrived before monday, so im hopeful both will still arrive.

Quite a few of you have demolished your carparks this week because, i'm assuming, they are no longer making an automatic profit ?

The more equipment you invest into your carpark the bigger it becomes and the more income it generates, car parks are no longer restricted to 100% effectiveness.

So they can still make a profit but you do need to invest in more equipment. Apologoes if I didnt explain that very well at the outset.

A few of the forum Ghosters have asked me to include them in this dairy but i am unable to add you to the member list as Stuart Foster is the only one able to add members, i can moderate but not add members. So I will try to include some details from your turns as well and once you get added i will add you to the previews. Sorry for the wait but its just unfortunate atm.

Geoff at Manchester City asked me an interesting question this week.

Is it better to replace a suspended right back with another right back or a centre back with better rating ?

Micah Richards is out this week and he is debating bringing in a replacement right back in the shape of Shaleum Logan 9088 or the higher rated centre back Nedum Onuoha 9492.

My advice was to look to your subs bench first, bring in a right back if you have one, else the best defender you have who can also play at right back. Then if there is nobody on the bench who is suitable then look to your reserve team right back.

The reason for this is to do with first team experience, players on the bench accumulate a first team experience just for sitting on the bench, whilst reservists dont accumulate FTexp at all.

FTexp effects skills levels in FT games.

So the most effective progression for players is reserve team to subs bench to FT.

But having said that reserve players who already have FTexp can be as effective as players from the subs bench, so as manager you need to manage these factors when making these type of decisions.

Matt at Blackburn has finally decided to put the argentine striker Mauro Formica out of his misery and transfer listed him for £2millions.

Matt's comment "He never really fitted in, 1 game, 1 sub appearance and 5 reserve games resulted in no goals and not much else, and he was never going to break the Bellamy-Cruz partnership so hence the good price and being an international he should do well somewhere else".

Wolves are Greg's feeder club although he does seem to run them as a second club as they can hardly ever take Ajax youngsters and as he says, he is a big Ajax fan but wants also some involvement in england and as his second club Wolves gives him that involvement. Which is fine by me.

Glad to see him finally trying to offload some of his extra unused players, that will certainly improve his squad, with no less than five players listed this week. Hugo Viana slots in at Target Man with Kenny Miller replacing Nathan Ellington at centre forward its all change up front following last week's lose at Ipswich.

Although Ellington is his top scorer ? not sure that is a wise move.

No changes at Juventus this week where Paul Jones continues to follow Inter's lead by playing dynamos in the SLO formation.

It'll be interesting to see if the under-rated Pogrebnyak attracts any interest from english clubs following his move to Fulham in real-life. Not sure Paul would sell him anyway as he is a big fan of Russian football.

Wendell continues to rely on the ageing skills of Ronaldo at Cagliari and sixth place amongst such exalted teams in Serie A is pretty respectable, but then he has been managing in CF for a long time now, so should know what he's doing ? Smile

He is still chasing a decent target man though and is looking at several candidates this week including Cesar Delgado and Dragan Mrda, both in the non-league.

Paul, are there many buildings that can be stretched to above 100% and is there still a limit of one building, apart from supporters clubs?
